March 05, 2026 They have terrible customer service. If you go to the physical office, you have to wait in a long line, and they even know it is a long wait, but they don't care. When you call, it is better, but at some point, you know you will have to go in to get something. They don't tell you, but they have an online calendar that you can book an appointment, which kind of helps, but for some reason, they keep it a secret. Why not tell people right up front they can either go in and wait of book an appointment. They waste some much of other people's time, and one time I was in the store, and I heard a trucker talking, and he couldn't get what ever he needed that day, and he was heading out on the road. He was in a jam. I blame the company for not being more customer service orientated. They try and have few employees and squeeze in as much more as possible, from the call center, counter people in the store, and field workers.

March 02, 2026 overall spectrum was a good choice to being with but I have noticed it cuts out during times. Sometimes it cuts out when its too windy. I also know that every year at least 2-3 times there is a complete shutdown and I have to be look into it myself to find out its a blackout. The speed isn't too bad but i cant have too many devices on or the games I am playing on the computer buffer. I sometimes have to manually reset my modem to get my service working again.
