Spectrum Cable
June 01, 2023 Spectrum has been very cost-effective for the speed it provides. However, the signal and connectivity is unreliable, at least, in my area because the service goes down at least once a week. Spectrum's "cable guy" was extremely helpful when he installed my service and I have no complaints about the technicians. But I will have to say I may complain about the wait times when chatting or calling customer support.

April 29, 2023 I've been a customer of Verizon Fios for 3 years and so far I haven't had any issues with their service. The pricing is fair and is better than my prior provider, and during the pandemic they increased people's internet speed at no charge because everyone was suddenly working from home. I've rarely had to call customer service but when I do they're very responsive. I recommend them to everyone!
