November 15, 2025 I would rate 0 if I could. This is our only option in the sticks. We're paying for 15mbps and they still can't provide it. It's 7 at best and usually more like 1 or 2. They have 1 technician working multiple areas, all experiencing the same issues as me. You have to call at least 5 times to get that poor overworked technician to come out. Our fiber was cut during a neighbor's construction project over a year ago and it was never completely repaired. Pricing is good but you still don't get what you pay for. The CEO's phone number used to be public on linkedin but they took it off sometime in the past year, gee I wonder why.

October 24, 2024 I switched from ATT fiber to Cspire fiber. When I was with ATT they kept going up on their prices and I ended up paying $80 ish for my services. I swapped to Cspire since they had a promotion of $55 a month for what I already had with ATT. I spend $68 a month including the modems from Cspire. I will end up buying my own modem so my bill will go down to the $55. So far I have had no issues with my service and am very pleased.
