July 20, 2025 I have used Spectrum in other areas and had mixed experiences, but where I live now the service has been perfect. Others in the area have issues but I have yet to have any outages that weren't beyond the control of the provider. I would recommend them in my neighborhood. Additionally, I have bundled services and am very pleased with the price.

May 13, 2023 My internet provider does a good job when there are problems. Squirrels ate through an important outside line, and they fixed it without a problem. They generally respond well and timely when there are issues, and the telephone customer service, website and app are all very good. I'm happy with the service that Spectrum provides to me, and I can't think of any complaints.

April 18, 2023 I enjoy using my internet service provider. They offered a wonderful and fast internet package that helps me accomplish my daily tasks. With running an online business and also being a competitive gamer, I can say that I do not have any issues with running multiple devices at once. The only real issue I have with my provider is the pricing going up but no change in my service to make it any better. I think that they could lower their rates a little bit.
