Spectrum Cable
January 20, 2026 I've never really had many problems with Spectrum to be honest. We've used it as our internet provider in three different towns now and I've been satisfied with the service everywhere. I can't say much about the customer service because I've rarely ever had to call them or talk to them online. I will say the prices are pretty steep considering I can get fiber for way cheaper where I currently live though.

AT&T Fixed Wireless
January 09, 2026 AT&T is a decent internet provider in terms of basic service availability, but my experience with them over the years has been frustrating and disappointing. One of the biggest issues I have faced is the unreliable connection, with the WiFi frequently going in and out, especially during bad weather when service outages become far too common. Reaching their customer service is another challenge. The automated phone systems are difficult to navigate and it often takes a long time to get in touch with an actual representative. Scheduling a home visit for technical support is even more difficult, sometimes taking days or even weeks. Additionally, AT&T has a habit of tacking on random fees without any prior notice, which feels both dishonest and disrespectful to loyal customers. As their prices continue to rise, the service is slowly becoming unaffordable, and the value simply does not match the cost. While they may offer decent speeds in some areas, the overall experience leaves much to be desired, and I cannot recommend AT&T as a reliable or customer-friendly internet provider.

MetroNet Fiber
January 02, 2026 Metronet has been a great internet provider for us. We frequently had buffering issues with our last internet provider (Spectrum). Most recently, a neighbor's lawn service crew accidentally cut our internet wire. We called Metronet, and they quickly had someone come out as soon as possible...the next morning. Metronet service and quality overall has been wonderful. Probably our best internet service provider experience so far.

November 27, 2025 I enjoy my provider a lot! I had it in my previous apartment, and upon recently moving, we had it installed in our new apartment. It runs very well and smoothly.
