KCTC Fiber
February 02, 2025 Overall I am fairly satisfied with KCTC as an internet provider. The installation was very smooth and the tech who did it was very helpful. They have an app from which I can control all aspects of my internet. I especially like that I can change my wi-fi password on the app and it's way easier to change than any other wi-fi password. I think the pricing is a bit high relative to the speed but I live in a rural area where internet speeds are a bit slower than other places. The customer service has always been excellent as well.

Verizon Fiber
November 06, 2024 I use both Verizon and a local provider called Kalona Co-op. I think they're both fairly priced and offer quality speeds. However, the customer service at the local Co-op is top notch. They are easy to reach and respond quickly to issues I've had in the past. They were very quick to install my equipment when we moved into our home last year. Verizon customer service is fine, but it's much harder to get directly to a live person to handle more sensitive issues with them.

June 11, 2026 Have had this service for a month. Has been down twice. Restoring service has been so time consuming! I have spoken to 4 different people who have been in different places. While they are very kind and polite, the system seems to not be efficient.
