November 19, 2025 I have been with Cox off and on for quite some time. The pricing is okay. I pay $50 a month for wireless internet. I forget exactly what the speeds are. My only issue is that I can't do anything with it. I don't run that many devices. I run seriously my smartphone and my TV one single TV. I haven't even bothered connecting my other TVs to it. And my laptop here and there. I cannot stream videos without buffering. I cannot do zoom calls. It really limits what I can do and honestly I'm really looking for another provider ASAP.

July 19, 2025 I tried to indicate dsl, but I believe that I might have pushed the wrong button. My apologies. My internet provider is not even decent. I've had problems with it ever since I got my current modem. It's been a pain since day one. It will have all lights on, yet nobody has internet. I can be watching a video and suddenly not have a connection. For no reason. And it can last for hours. If I reboot it, I can count on being without internet for at least an hour or so. When I try to get a new modem to lease, they say my only option is to buy one. Their option for having a bad connection and price was to offer me a faster speed at 20 dollars more per month. Same modem. I can't figure that out.

July 12, 2025 I live in a small town so we actually only have one option for internet services. I don’t mind the internet option we have but sometimes I with we could choose something different. Our Verizon phone plan offers internet at a discount but because of the monopoly of the town internet company it is not an option. The cost of our internet is 69.99 a month. In the economy we live in right now, any thing lower would be appreciated.
