Frontier Fiber
May 26, 2023 I have been with my provider for over 12 years. They recently did a price reduction for NEW customers only, not a promo a regular monthly charge. I called them and asked why I could not have this same price as it was $25 a month less than i was paying. After going thru several people and finally having to threaten to change providers they gave me the new price. It doesnt seem it should be that way, but all of them are. The speed still isnt what its advertised to be, but its faster than it was so i will give them that. Overall, service itself is not bad but CUSTOMER service really is bad.

April 14, 2023 I'm not fond of Xfinity. They lock you into long contracts. They aren't very user friendly. Plus, their speed is only OK at best.
