November 30, 2025 At the beginning, they were great. We were told they were the only providers for our street. But then they began to raise prices slowly but surely over the months, at one point doubling what we were initially charged. We realized they were not the only providers anymore, so we called to cancel to go with the cheaper service. Spectrum gave us our original rate back to keep us as customers. Now, the internet is getting slower and slower. I cannot even microwave items without it effecting the internet.

June 24, 2023 I live in Florida where we have just had two hurricanes. During the first hurricane, Ian, I did not lose power (it flickered, but I did not completely lose power) but after the hurricane was through, I lost internet. I had no internet for 3 days after the hurricane despite having it throughout the entire storm. Contacting Spectrum provided little insight and as someone who works from home and relies on internet service, this was extremely annoying. They were hard to get a hold of, and when talking to them, they always tried to sell me something in addition to the service I already have. I just wanted to know when my service would be back. Their customer service representatives always try to sell you more whenever you need to call them. Other than that, my service has been satisfactory in terms of internet speed. The price is a little high for my liking, but it is better than most competitors in my area for the speed that I get.

May 24, 2023 I am not happy with the price increase, but the speed and ability to handle the number of devices we have is great. We do occasionally lose service randomly which is frustrating. Luckily, spectrum is very good about letting us know on the website and usually so not have outages for longer than a few hours. Overall am satisfied with the service other than the price.
