August 19, 2025 We looked at switching, but we would have had to have our yard torn up to install with the only other local provider. Asked current provider if they could give us a new promotion and they said no.

September 28, 2024 I like everything about my provider, except they have outages every two weeks to a month. Customer service is excellent. I never have to wait on hold very long for support. Also, they are always willing to give me a new promo price when my current one is about to expire.

January 31, 2024 I am extremely pleased with Bluepeak so far. They have an interesting pricing scheme I haven't seen before where I can pay an additional $10 a month to lock in the price for a certain number of years. The paperless billing discount is $10 so it kind of evens out. It gives me confidence that I will be able to afford internet and the customer service has been great so far. I haven't had any issues with it yet like I did with other service providers on a weekly basis.
