Utopia Fiber
September 01, 2024 Before I only had the option of having internet through a cable provider. It was terrible to feel like we only had one option and whatever they chose for pricing is what we had. When my city finished out fiber internet for us then we had a number of choices for providers. Pricing was somewhat similar because of a base amount we had to pay for installation fees, but there was still more choices which was nice. That was the main benefit of having fiber is that it was open to many providers.

XFINITY Fiber
October 21, 2023 We changed from the free option of Google Fiber to Xfinity and have been amazed. Our downloading time is not even comparable, it is so much faster. We got the mid plan and my husband works from home and so far we have absolutely nothing but good things to say. Also we could always upgrade plans if we ever have more devices and need it as well.

Utopia Fiber
September 25, 2023 Utopia has been wonderful as far as speed and reliability goes! The downside would be that you have to pay for the equipment for the home and it doesn’t go with you when you move, even though it is quite costly. My only problems have been with our consistency in signal, although I suspect it’s because of our router and not the fiber itself. We only have to pay $50 a month so the price is amazing and I couldn’t imagine going through another provider in this current economy.

XFINITY Cable
January 14, 2023 Xfinity gets the job done for the most part, but I sometimes have internet outages, but their apps and websites are a little problematic to navigate. Sometimes some webpages crash or are mistaken for malicious websites as well. I also tried to pay a bill but it charged me twice. Otherwise, I got more speed at times than the plan showed, so I can't complain much about the speed when it works normally.
