May 27, 2023 Spectrum seems to be a solid internet service provider. It is an affordable price for my area and delivers satisfactory service about 90% of the time. However, there are some issues with the speed of service when I am trying to connect a device to my television or download something bigger. The customer service seems to be adequate. Recently I lost power and connection after a storm and I called the repair technician and he was able to come out relatively quickly and address the issue. I would say overall, there are better internet service options, however Spectrum is a good option based on affordability and design.
