I called and asked them 3 payments in a row to change my account information so I could get notifications about my bill. they never did it, then my service would be disconnected because I wasn’t getting notified. and in return id get late fees that they wouldn’t drop. If you have other options, LEAVE TRUVISTA ALONE! not worth it.

May 26, 2026 While the ISP has great speeds and pricing, their customer service is terrible. I do everything I can on my end before I call because it is an endless pit of being transferred over and over. You have to wade through endless troubleshooting to get to a semi-knowledgable person. Then, you have to explain everything all over again to hear that they are esclating to the local office for further support where I have to explain it all over again. If they then have to send someone to the address for support, you have to explain it all over again. I would rather have AI take my complaint, evaluate the issue and then submit the issue to the correct person on one explanation instead of having to explain it over and over again to three different companies or contractors.
