Spectrum Cable
July 06, 2026 Spectrum is slow, has poor customer service and also has a monopoly in my area. There is no competition. 5G internet service is not available as there is very poor cell signal at my home. Additionally, Verizon began running FiOS to my neighborhood and then stopped. I can only guess because Spectrum holds the cable franchise rights in the town of Glenville and is fighting to hold on to whatever market share they have.

April 30, 2026 I do not have many options for internet service providers in my area, maybe just 2 or 3 and Spectrum is one of them. I have had Time Warner Cable now Spectrum internet services for over 20 years. The service is reliable and offered area wide, even in some of the most remote locations. Spectrum offers cable, internet, cellular services and so much more. Spectrum also offers a wide variety of packages and pricing options making it easier to find what I need at the prices I want to pay.
