Verizon Fixed Wireless
October 25, 2025 I use Verizon for my home internet, and the experience has been consistently reliable. The speeds are fast enough for streaming, working remotely, and using multiple devices at once without lag. Installation was smooth, and the equipment provided is modern and easy to manage through the app. While the overall service is strong, there have been occasional moments when customer support was difficult to reach or slow to resolve more technical issues. Despite that, the performance and stability of the connection make Verizon a dependable and worthwhile internet provider.

Verizon Fiber
September 04, 2025 Verizon FiOS provides quality, consistent high speeds with very limited interruption. Their pricing is elevated but there thankfully are discounts which make it reasonable. The primary negative is their customer service and their online portal. Their app and portal rarely work. Most sections of the site function intermittently if at all and reaching out for assistance usually comes with random added fees. If they improved their online service and app they would be top tier. But as of now, with the price and poor customer experience, they're at best OK.

Verizon Fiber
August 18, 2025 Verizon is a solid internet provider. While I don't use any of their other services, the fact that I get a decent, speedy internet connection for $49.99 a month at this point in time is almost unheard of. Yeah, it's the lowest tier they have, but it's reliable. Their service is reliable, and when I do have an issue, I actually am generally left feeling as a valued customer -- which is rare, these days. It'd take a whole lot of convincing to get me to leave for a "better" service provider, and I doubt that such a thing actually exists.
