May 22, 2026 My husband works for Spectrum's design office and our internet is free. I work from home and am able to connect flawlessly while my kids stream tv and play games. I appreciate the app that accompanies the service, as I recieve outage alerts and bill reminders. Any time we have had an issue, I have had a quick response from customer service or my app alerts me of a service disruption. Overall I am very pleased with the quality of our internet service and responsiveness of the provider.

May 19, 2026 My internet provider still gave me a substantial discount as I am a senior citizen. Even though the funding from the government ran out they covered me with quite a benefit. I need to cll them though as someone from Comcast stating representing ATT tried to rip me off to continue my current low price.

May 02, 2026 I left Windstream DSL for two years for cable from Cox. Cox raised their prices so I went back to windstream and they then had fiber internet. Their service has been better since I came back.

April 30, 2026 I recently had an internet outage and there was no text about it which was atypical. But the outage itself was atypical so I didn't worry too much. I did explore after a few hours to learn that the outage was fairly small. I had called 3x and not gotten a satisfactory answer beyond we will let you know when service returns. While I was calling around the time when it did return, I spoke with a person for the first time in 6 hours since I woke up. I let him know that I needed the internet for my work and that I chose Spectrum for its reliability. I also chose it for its good communications but this time I didn't receive any texts. The apologies were sincere and I responded that I anticipated Spectrum would restore its good communications. It will take more than one outage to get me to make a change even though it's a costlier service. I will give their usual reliability another chance at being very, very rare.
