May 09, 2026 I’ve had my internet/cable provider for several years now, and at some point I switched to At&t but that internet/cable service was not a great service, it was slower, it disconnected a lot, etc.. so I changed back to Spectrum and I am pretty much satisfied with the service, the connections are fast and when there is an issue, they are always prompt to fix it.

September 30, 2025 I use my internet provider mainly for remote work and streaming, and the connection is generally stable with good speeds during most hours of the day. However, there are occasional slowdowns in the evening, which can be frustrating when multiple devices are connected. Customer support is responsive, but resolution times can vary depending on the issue. Overall, it’s a reliable service with room for improvement in peak-hour performance.

The bill is slightly higher compared to people that have similar internet services, however the quality isn't necessarily different. Recently we have had concerns with our internet not working properly or going out more option
