VEXUS Fiber
April 24, 2023 I recently had Spectrum because that was the only option available in my area. Earlier this year, Vexus started laying fiber in my neighborhood and I switched to them on October 1, the first day they became available. I am paying for 400 mb up/down and am consistently getting 550+ mb up/down. I am ecstatic because I have a very stable internet connection and am paying less than half of what I did for Spectrum. I am very, very pleased with my Vexus service thus far.

Spectrum Cable
April 17, 2023 This company advertises no contract. But, I guess the reason for no contract is that they can go up on the price every other month. Like clockwork every couple of months my bill is higher. The service has gone downhill also. It takes forever for something to download. For the price I pay it should be lightning fast.

Spectrum Fiber
February 24, 2023 My family has had Spectrum for a long time now and, at first, it was horrible. The speed was slow and fiber optic internet was not a thing an average person could get. Considering the other internet providers that existed at the time, Spectrum was still the best option. As time passed, Spectrum has upgraded my family with newer modems/routers and with fiber optic internet for only a small price increase on the internet bill. There have been free upgrades as well that we have taken advantage of too - like an increase in bandwidth speed (download). It seems like Spectrum cares more about their customers now, and I have no complaints besides one. I am not sure if it is a manufacturing defect, but sometimes Spectrum modems/routers seem to disconnect devices from the internet more often than other modems/routers. So, do not be afraid to request a replacement modem that is not defective.

Spectrum Cable
February 11, 2023 I have had a great experience with Spectrum. I needed to increase my Internet speed to be able to teach online, and I was able to do it for only about ten dollars more each month. I have Internet outages only rarely. Spectrum is great to text about service issues and give estimation times on resolving them. I can get in touch with customer service also quite easily.
