January 17, 2025 The connectivity is horrid. They have a monopoly in Maine, which is totally unfair, and can over charge.

GoNetspeed Fiber
December 06, 2024 I have had mostly good experiences with GoNetSpeed, especially when I've called their customer service line. The representatives have always been very helpful and friendly and appear to have been trained well. My qualms with the provider have to do with speed, price, and communication regarding technical issues. I am currently paying $70/month for 500Mbs, which seems high. The service has had sporadic outages, though not as many as our previous cable-based provider, Spectrum. When outages do occur it's difficult to determine if it's on our end or theirs. I'd like to see them upgrade their communication regarding outages so customers can better understand where the problem lies, if we need to do anything (reset a router, etc.), and when we can expect the service to come back.

Spectrum Cable
January 11, 2023 Very unsatisfied with this company. My elderly mother recently made a service call to try to lower her price by lowering MBPS, and was given the run around by the several people she spoke to. On top of that, they tricked her into replacing equipment that did not need to be replaced! I have never had an internet provider who were decent and honest, and this company definitely isn't.
