Our rural town has never had fiber until now. We have had to use satellite for a long time. It’s been a good year and a half now. The customer service is really great and their response time is fast. We have not had any issues until recently, mice have been getting in to the pads. Not Bijou’s fault. And both times they have fixed it quickly when we lose service.
