FASTnet Internet Reviews

My Fastnet internet service here at my home is well appreciated by me and others here in my community. There was no fast internet service before Fastnet internet. The customer service is excellent, fast and quick responses from tech support and also courteous and professional. I dont think i would enjoy any other service as well as i enjoy and appreciate this fastnet internet service.

We switched to Fastnet from Sparklight and the difference is night and day. For one, the pricing is static with Fastnet and much cheaper. We do not have to pay to rent a router. We don't get charged a ton of unknown fees, either. The speeds we have now are phenomenal for half the price we previously paid. There is no buffering. The only issue I have is sometimes the back of my apartment is a dead zone for WiFi. Recently, I haven't had much of issue with it, so, overall, I am still extremely satisfied with Fastnet.

Fastnet is a wonderful internet provider. They provide fast reliable internet and the customer service is amazing. Whenever there are any issues with the service they have a technician out within a business day, and they don't charge any additional cost for service calls. Additionally, there is no data cap or throttling for usage so I consistently have consistent data speeds with no noticeable fluctuations throughout the day. They also have fair and transparent pricing, so you know exactly what you're paying for each month. I highly recommend using Fastnet internet services.

I like the ease of installation. The speed is exceptional and the price is reasonable.

I love the pricing and how swift the process was. We don't have to pay to lease equipment, and there are no hidden fees. Our biggest issue is that the connection drops randomly, often. I reset our router regularly, due to being a remote worker. There are also multiple devices that cannot connect to our wifi. This was not an issue with our previous provider.
