Service is fine. However I was promised enrollment in a plan which bundled wireless and internet and would substantially drop my rate. That was Dec 26 and I'm still waiting for them to honor their price -July. Spent many hours on phone trying to receive the discounts I was promised. one month wireless goes up and internet goes down. next month internet jumps up and wireless goes to where it should be. Don't trust them...

STAY AWAY!! Connection drops like its going out of style. Pricing and bill is completely volatile -ever changing.

We had issues with pricing from our broadband ISP nearly a year ago and after unsuccessfully haggling for a better price, we switched to AT&T fiber. We went from an $80 monthly bill to $55 a month (with autopay) that will not increase as long as we continue our serivce and plan. Their customer service was excellent, and even offered us $300 in gift cards when we switched. We have yet to have any significant downtime, while others in our neighborhood with broadband have experienced numerous outages. After nearly a year, we are very happy with our service and have recommended AT&T fiber to friends and family.

My internet service provider offers high-speed, reliable service with excellent bandwidth capacity.

The connection is stable, with no noticeable fluctuations. I appreciate receiving timely updates from my ISP about upgrades, maintenance, and billing reminders it keeps me well informed.

I also value the symmetrical upload and download speeds they provide.
