Customer service is inconsistent. Sometimes I have to call multiple times to get my issue resolved. In my area, there are not a lot of options for internet service, and they seem to use it to their advantage with the pricing. Either you are going to pay their prices or not have service. There really isn't any other options.

My internet provider is Foothills, a local provider. They have consistently upgraded our package over the years without changing the price. We are within 10 minutes of their HQ so any home calls have been no problem and they generally have a technician on site the day of the call or the day after. When it comes to consistency, I have never had an internet provider be so consistently good. There are little to no outages and when there are it is usually something that is announced such as maintenance.

We have had cable internet for 5 years, prior to this we still had dial up internet in 2015. We have had no issue with our internet in these 5 years. No outages. No repairs. Nothing. We live in a rural part of Ky. We are blessed to have high speed internet available to us.

Out of the very limited options that we have In the area in which I live, Foothills offers the best Internet solution for the area. It has fast speeds up to 1 gig at reasonable prices. Since switching we have not had any outages vs. other providers we have tried. I believe it is also the only fiberoptic option we have in this area. My favorite part is definitely the no slowdowns or outages though! Although not always the case we sometimes have anywhere from 10 - 12 people using this one internet connection at a time on multiple devices, without any issues. I have also not noticed any hidden charges or slowly increasing bills like some bigger providers like to throw in there. So I am very happy with this service and will remain a customer for many years to come!
