Awful service, frequent outages since our building brought them in (one lasting close to 12 hours). Their speeds that the promised (1G symmetric) are in reality usually closer to 750M/650M, well below what we had previously received with Google Fiber.

Blue Stream Construction Employees did not have photo ID's. Construction vehicles did not have magnetic signs. This suggests that the work was performed by foreign workers with no legal I-9 documentation as is legally required to work in US.

Since BlueStream installed Internet and cable services it has been a really annoying experience. Installation (on 10/27/2025 Internet and cable where unpredictable. several days without internet services, then very slow speed. They replaced modem 4 times. Streaming services like Utube, Nexflix, Apple TV, etc. require speed to properly work. By contract they promised download of 500K and upload of ate list 250K. this only happened 1 time since installation. I hope they could find out what problems they have ither with architecture or infrastructure. In top of that they stream partner is Dorect TV.
