Internet provider is a fast and easy company to work. Upon calling them it takes less then 5 minutes to get in contact with a customer service representative and they can answer all questions clearly and accurately. They will be out the very same day 99% percent of the time to fix any issues you have.

MCTV is a pretty outdated service but it is my only option. I don't live in a large city so I understand why the need for faster internet isn't a huge priority but faster speeds would be nice. I wish I had more options and I would potentially look into satellite internet given the option someday.

Previously, my area only had a single internet provider, which was AT&T. The service was terrible, prone to dropping service sometimes for DAYS at a time, and even when it was functional it was slow. Advertised speeds we were promised were not delivered, and contacting them for anything was painful and slow. MCTV came into the area and I immediately switched, the technician who came to my house was much more professional than anyone I had dealt with from AT&T and immediately the service was consistent, and fast. The only issue I ever had was when my service was out, I called MCTV and after 20 minutes total on the phone they had sent out a technician, he arrived the same day and fixed the issue, apparently the fiber line had been damaged.
