Mountain West has the best local customer service you can get. They rarely go down and if they do, their people hop to it immediately. I love that you can talk to a local person on the phone when you call and their speeds are amazing.

Earlier this year we were having problems with something on the router amd our internet wouldnt work at all. The next day, a tech came out. He said we needed a new router. But he was able to rig up something with our internet/ intranet cords and we were able to still use internet til we got the new router. The tech was awesome cause he went out of his way to find a temporary solution to still have internet. He didn't have to do that!
