Century Link customer service is terrible. They seem to use an offshore call center that never knows what is going on locally and why service is down or faulty. Speeds are quite slow comparative to other companies, but we are used to it now.

CenturyLink is a very decent Internet provider. Speeds are above average. I have only had a few episodes of "No Internet" due to storms but CenturyLink was able to quickly fix the issue & had my Internet service up & running within a few hours.

I have had century link since I bought my house and it has never worked well on my phone. Every time I get home I have to disconnect my phone from WiFi to do anything. It works for my home security and cameras and streaming devices, but for my phone specifically the signal is just awful and there seems to be no fix.

I've had Century Link for several years now. Overall, I am satisfied with it. I do have the occasional outage, but it usually doesn't last more than a few minutes unless it is the actual power that is the cause of the outage. I spend a great deal of time at another family members home and compared to their internet, I would say Century Link is superior. When visiting with family, I have constant interruptions with their internet.
