Nuvera has been nothing but slow and unsteady for us. We have even called Nuvera customer service multiple times asking why our internet is so slow. They said we could up our internet speed by paying more (which we did), and that did not help our internet speed at all. We are thinking of switching to another internet company due to the poor internet and customer service experience.

Nuvera offers the best deals from what is available in my area. The connection is mostly reliable, but slower than I would like at times. I have actually been considering switching to another company with higher prices for faster download speeds. Nuvera has been working for my family for years as a mid range priced network with often reliable and fast enough speeds for our needs. I would recommend it to people looking for a internet connection in its price range because it is reliable and has good customer support.
