I switched to Planet Networks about 8 months ago, and I am beyond impressed with the experience compared to my old provider (Optimum). From the very start, the installation process was incredibly smooth and straightforward. The technician who came to set things up was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured everything was up and running in just about an hour, including the time it took to run a line from the pole to my house!

The speed of my connection has been exceptional. I’ve been enjoying fast and reliable internet with absolutely no downtime so far. It’s made a huge difference in my daily internet use which includes streaming and working from home.

I'm also very happy with the price. Given the quality of service I’m receiving, I feel like I’m getting excellent value for my money. They are a few dollars more per month than I was paying for Optimum, but I get twice the speed and just a far better experience as a whole. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my decision to switch to Planet Networks. Their service, speed, and professionalism have truly exceeded my expectations!

Previously, we had DSL through Optimum and it was terrible. The internet constantly dropped out. We switched to Fiber Networks and it has been wonderful. The speed is constant, they have great customer service, and it's never dropped out. Working from home requires a really good service provider and I'm very satisfied with the internet we have now. Installation was a breeze and I haven't had any complaints with it.

I love Planet Networks because they are a local company with very high quality service. When you call customer service, you reach the same associate every time. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The fiber optic service is very fast, and there are very few service interruptions. Switching from a big national provider to a local provider was the best choice.

This is the most affordable and most reliable Internet we’ve ever had. The only time we experience an outage is when the power is out completely. The customer service is excellent and the techs are friendly and knowledgeable.
