My main issue with my internet service is the tech issues and pricing. I pay about 136$ usd monthly for 1 gig. Yet it's always going out. They said it's a regional thing. We'll it's a problem at together. I live in a small town this is the only internet provider. It's crazy.

We have had our fiber internet for over a year now. I expected it to be faster than it is. I have also been semi-disappointed because our signal drops sometimes out of nowhere. We will be watching a program (streaming) and it will just drop. This has happened when we have hosted parties. Then we have to reconnect. I also feel as though the fact that we have to have a WiFi extender is annoying. The installation could have been done more centrally, but the technician didn’t do that so now in part of our home we have to have an extender which doesn’t work exceptionally well. For the price it’s ok, but cools be improved upon.

The fiber service provided by Ritter's Rightfiber is amazing. Their sales team always stayed in constant contact and made sure to explain all aspects of the service. They provided an incredible amount of incentives to switch services and have followed through on each one. The installation technician was very friendly and highly skilled.

The bandwidth of the service is nearly exactly what I'm paying for within the margins expected for networking bandwidth ratings. The price is great at $75 for 1Gbps upload / 1Gbps download. The icing on the cake is there are no unnecessary data caps
