I know this will blow you away - My service provided wants to save me money, yet increase my speed on downloads. They actually did this when I called for another issue. I will not go anywhere else for internet. Shentel is the best!

I feel that compared to the surrounding areas Shentel's internet just can't compete. Their prices are nearly double their competitors. Not only are their prices significantly higher, but typically other providers actually have faster Internet for less money. The only reason I've stuck with shentel is because they're the only option currently, but fiber is being ran in my neighborhood, and I plan to switch to that when available. I also experience fairly frequent internet outages.
