Worst internet out there. Techs in my neighborhood trying to keep internet up. My tv, movies, streaming and watching sports is horrible due to the constant pausing and reconnecting. Customer service is horrible with no respect, no help and they are tired of hearing complaints about their crappy service. I can’t wait until we can get a real internet provider here in our community.

They often slow down speeds when it comes close to the payment date. They've also doubled prices within the last five years. We have no other options in my rural area and I think this company takes advantage of that. We are forced to pay for a phone line to receive Internet but we can't even use the line for a home phone. Hopefully, there will be more options in the future.

My internet provider provides excellent service and was seamless to coordinate set up over the phone before moving into my home. The service tech who set things up was very helpful and walked me through use of the app. The price for internet is quite low and I was able to get good promotions by simply asking - I got both installation and modem rental fees waived which was awesome. I've had great consistent internet since moving in.

My only hold up has been when I discovered they offer a low income program with lower speeds for folks in qualifying programs. I was able to qualify online, but the process to switch my existing account was really demeaning and the service rep kept trying to convince me the $10 savings was not worth the slow speeds. I also had to trade in my equipment and was made to feel like I was getting lesser quality items. Since switching to the lower speeds, I've still been incredibly happy with my internet and just wish their employees were a bit more mindful of when upselling was appropriate.

my provider is sparklight. while i do love the speed, the pricing has gotten way out of hand as with all internet providers

I switched to Sparklight a year ago after having been a Frontier customer for many years and I am glad I switched. I know get much, much faster internet for less than what I was paying Frontier, my last internet provider. My internet service is much more stable now too. I used to have to call Frontier multiple times a month to deal with break downs. Now, I hardly have a break down, my internet speeds are consistently fast, and the only time we really have a problem is after a severe storm or some other catastrophic event. The service is excellent. Their representative are courtesy, their field techs are respectful and responsive, and I can handle all my business through the app if I wish. If Sparklight stays like this, I don’t ever see myself going to another provider.
