XFINITY Cable
February 26, 2025 I currently use my internet provider to provide home internet service, a land line phone and my mobile phone. I am investigating the possibility of changing my mobile service only because I frequently miss calls. My callers are saying that the phone doesn't ring at all and sends them automatically to my voice mail. My landline service is bundled with the home internet, so it seems to be a good value. Overall I am satisfied with my internet services.

C Spire Fiber
August 13, 2024 I think that for the price, I've gotten a good deal but there are times where I believe I'm paying more than I should. I live in an area where fiber internet is still new and we only got it because everyone in the complex agreed to get it. I like C Spire more than my previous provider Comcast and I do admit I deal with fewer outages since switching. One downside is that they charge a "service fee" for people who don't sign up for autopay which I think is ridiculous. I'm currently between jobs so I wouldn't know if there would be money in my account if I signed up for autopay. But compared to Comcast, it's still an improvement.

June 25, 2023 I'd say for the 2-3 years we've had it, It had definitely had its ups and downs. There were times were the wifi would randomly cut off for a couple of hours or the whole night. Despite that they were still quick to fix the issue. My wifi has fast download and upload speeds despite the many devices on the wifi and they even recently gave us a free speed increase. Overall, I'd say I recommend this service for the quick speeds and despite the issues that may came up its often few and quickly resolved.

January 12, 2023 Comcast service in the area is as fast as AT&T service but cheaper. If I have any issue with the service tech support was always able to fix the issues. Appointment times for service have always been timely and was always given a phone call if running late. Promotional prices are an added bonus to renewing the service.
