June 29, 2025 So far, my experience with my provider has been great. I get equal upload and download speed of 500 mbps for a fair rate of $56 with tax. I actually receive close to 1000 mbps on a typical basis. I rarely ever notice lag or buffering on my devices, but it has been an issue with work from home a few times and streaming Netflix. Otherwise, it works very well for my household needs. We have 10 devices connected, but not always used simultaneously. Customer service has been great. Offers a callback option and always speaking to a live person based in the U.S. which is a plus for me.

December 22, 2024 My internet provider was determined by my apartment building. There are periods of time in which the internet goes out due to bad weather in the area. There are also times in which I have to disconnect my Wi-fi router due to poor connection. Overall, if I could choose a different internet provider, I would.
