September 17, 2026 Worst ISP ever. Consistently horrible speeds, constant drops in connection, and endless wait times when calling for customer service. They let me pay an extra $30/mo for 7 months for the 1000mbps plan, just to find out (because I suggested it) that the building was not equipped to handle that type of speed. 30 unit building and I can't get 1000mbps?

May 03, 2026 I would like to talk about the connectivity of my service and Internet provider. They are very bad when it comes to Customer Service and connectivity power outages, cause service outages service outages cause network outages, which means no Internet connectivity for a days on end and it’s hard to get in contact with Customer Service because they hire a higher demographic of Non- English speaking service representatives which happen to have certain issues issue communicating with us my entire time being with him I have never spoken with a person who is from America with English as their first language the price is good. It’s just the service is lacking in many ways sometimes even gaming is not possible on my mobile phone.

February 18, 2026 The internet is unreliable sometimes, especially when windy or poor weather outside. However, overall it is pretty easy to connect. I have had no issues with routers or installation. I have not needed to use customer service yet, so unsure how that aspect is for quality.
