XFINITY Cable
April 25, 2026 I'm very happy with the speed of my internet it's fast and reliable. I rarely experience outages which is also great. However I have noticed the price has gone up over the years and it's getting a bit expensive. I have been with Xfinity for over 10 years so I think it would be nice if they offered some kind of loyalty credit or discount to long term customers. Overall the service is solid but the cost could be more affordable.

January 03, 2026 We hope Sonic can be an option in more areas to get rid of the menace that is Comcast and AT&T with their higher prices and worse service.

XFINITY Cable
July 24, 2025 Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend Xfinity WiFi unless it’s your only option. The internet itself is okay when it works, but the real headache is everything else, the customer service, the billing, and just how shady it can feel dealing with them.
From the start, I felt like I wasn’t being told the full picture. The reps will quote you one price, but then you’ll see all these random charges pop up on your bill later, such as activation fees, equipment fees, TV channel fees (I don’t even own a TV). It’s like they purposely leave out details just to hook you, and then charge you for stuff you never agreed to.
And good luck getting someone to help you fix it. Every time I called, I’d get bounced around to different departments, and no one ever seemed to have a straight answer. They’ll say one thing on the phone and then something totally different shows up in writing. And they’ll lie and say you’re getting the best price.
Cancelling feels impossible. They’ll try to keep charging you even after you return the equipment, and if you’re not paying close attention, you might not even notice.
Overall, the whole experience just feels like a trap. It’s overpriced, full of hidden fees, and the customer service is more frustrating than helpful. Definitely wouldn’t recommend unless you’re okay with constantly checking your bill and arguing with representatives.

October 21, 2024 It hard trying to get another 2-year contract with them without them trying to sell me stuff that I don't want or need. I hate the fact that they don't notify me when it expires, and they try to sneak in hidden fees and even higher cost. the last time they did this my bill went from 70 to 123 and some change which is crazy! I've been though many providers and they all do this

April 14, 2024 My current plan with my ISP is discounted due to a contract, if it were the regular price of $140 I would consider switching due to the cost. Thus far, service has only dropped once with the power being offline in the past year.
