December 06, 2025 I am very unsatisfied with Spectrum Interenet Service. They give you an introductory price and then raise the price every year after that. My internet started at $65 and now is $100. The speed is ok, but often slow or glitches when streaming for television. I would switch, but in my area there are no other providers available at the moment. I have tried switching to AT&T and others, but they do not service. The customer service is very bad as well. Once I called because my service had been interrupted several times that month, to where I had been out of service for several days and a few days that service was down for several hours. I felt like I should get partial credit for that month, but the service rep said no, and when I threatened to leave as a customer all he said was "ok, have a nice day" and hung up. I think they know they have a monopoly where I live, so they really do not care at all.

March 24, 2023 At&t has decent internet but not much else there. The customer service has become lacking in the past years and is very hard to get ahold of a person. The only way to get a price deceease is to say your leaving rather than being a loyal customer likr I have been. If all internet companies weren't the same I would switch but it is easier to stay.
