Spectrum Cable
April 13, 2026 Spectrum makes me feel like I'm in a hostage situation. I don't feel valued as a loyal customer. The price is pretty much guaranteed to go up year over year no matter what. You have to call them up and threaten to leave to get a better deal. The speed is fine. There aren't too many outages, but I do wish they would knock off some of your bill when there are extended outages. If it's your only option, don't let them know that. You'll want to be able to haggle the price down when they start increasing on you.

Zito Cable
September 22, 2026 I am highly disappointed with my experience with Zito Media. The connection is highly unstable and constantly cuts out, making it completely unreliable for daily use. When you call to report an outage or an issue, the response time from their technical and customer service teams is pathetic. It takes far too long to get a resolution for problems that shouldn't be happening this frequently in the first place. Terrible service overall.
