XFINITY Cable
October 27, 2024 I have been with my internet service provider for well over 15 years. I will say that the pricing has not increased drastically, and for that, I am happy. It seems that my internet speed continues to improve and get faster. I rarely have interruptions, and when I do, my provider is good at informing me via text when service is expected to be fixed. I like the option to send a reset signal either via the app or automated phone if need be. I am overall satisfied with my provider.

AT&T DSL
March 28, 2023 AT&T has been my provider for over 25 years. I am especially pleased with their customer service because I needed to update my service plan about 5 years ago so that my transmission speed could keep up with my work-from-home needs. The trick was that I wanted to keep my phone number from when I was using a plain residential service to be used with my faster business line services. It was not a straightforward process, but they were so committed to keeping me as a customer that they did all of the work to make it happen. There were a few complications that we ran into, but they actually sent one of their customer service managers out to my home in order to resolve the matter.
