Verizon Fixed Wireless

I chose to switch to my internet provider after moving to a new state. Verizon had a lot of affordable options compared to the internet providers used in my area. I was also on the look out for an internet provider that works well with working from home. I use a lot of internet for my career so the speed and quality was important as well. It has been very helpful and I plan to stay with my current provider until proven that I need a switch (faster service, affordable prices, high speed) etc. I also like that because I already am a verizon user it was easy to set up.

The reasons why I gave my internet providers such a high score includes but not limited to, fast service, friendly associates in and out of the store, transparency, and fair/competitive pricing. This is the only internet provider I’ve had that has not given me any issues that the reps and I couldn’t sort out. I also wouldn’t trade this company for one more competitively priced or claiming better service.

While the speed is great the connectivity is intermittent. So when I am in the middle of something, the internet cuts out for a few minutes, then reconnects. It is increasingly frustrating during peak times (between 6-10pm).
