Verizon Fixed Wireless
November 23, 2025 I chose to switch to my internet provider after moving to a new state. Verizon had a lot of affordable options compared to the internet providers used in my area. I was also on the look out for an internet provider that works well with working from home. I use a lot of internet for my career so the speed and quality was important as well. It has been very helpful and I plan to stay with my current provider until proven that I need a switch (faster service, affordable prices, high speed) etc. I also like that because I already am a verizon user it was easy to set up.

May 10, 2025 The reasons why I gave my internet providers such a high score includes but not limited to, fast service, friendly associates in and out of the store, transparency, and fair/competitive pricing. This is the only internet provider I’ve had that has not given me any issues that the reps and I couldn’t sort out. I also wouldn’t trade this company for one more competitively priced or claiming better service.

September 05, 2024 The internet that we have is the only option that we have since we are in an apartment. I think that our internet is overpriced for what we get. We opted for the most expensive package because it was supposed to be good for multiple devices and even gaming. But, we have been having issues and major lagging with our gaming.

Home Telecom Cable
December 26, 2023 Home Telecom is by far the worst service provider I have had in my life. Out of the 4 different providers I've used, Home Telecom is the only one that doesn't know the hardware it provides to its customers. For context, I have hardware built into the walls of my apartment because Home Telecom made a deal with my apartment complex when they were built. The customer service technicians have no knowledge of this. Multiple times a day, mostly during my high traffic periods, which is typical low traffic time (around 12am-2am) I am kicked off the service just long enough to lose whatever I have been working on or connection to any game I am playing. One or two times, I could forgive. After 4 years of dealing with problems and having the technicians just tell me "reset your router" after I explain to them, each and every single time, that I am unable because the router is built into my wall is inexcusable. If this apartment wasn't the most affordable in my area I would already be long gone from here. I cannot wait to move out of my area purely because of the internet provider I am forced into using. Early 2010s Comcast was better.
