While the speed is great the connectivity is intermittent. So when I am in the middle of something, the internet cuts out for a few minutes, then reconnects. It is increasingly frustrating during peak times (between 6-10pm).

Overall the internet speed is great, but getting in touch with customer service representative is difficult meaning it's hard to bypass automated system, I do wish it was cheaper since internet really is a necessity at this point.
