January 28, 2025 We did not choose Brightspeed, they came in one day and bought up our old internet service provider which was arguably better. They knocked out our internet for 2 days and did not answer the phone and there was no website for customers to check with the ETA was. We are rural so I think they think they can get away with providing horrible service, because they are the only game in town. When the internet finally started working again, it was much slower. We live in a house with seven people, all with phones and computers that connect to the internet, which was never a problem before. But now, we can't watch TV while working remotely, and we certainly can't host zoom meetings. If my computer has an update, forget it. I can't use the computer for the rest of the day because that's how slow the download speed is. And online gaming, which used to be a hobby of mine, is now super stressful. So I just don't do it anymore. There are a few things in this life that I hate, but Brightspeed is up there. I wish a better company would come along and overthrow them, and that the CEO loses his yachts for providing such a trash service to rural people who deserve better... But in the meantime I'm stuck complaining about them in this review.

September 22, 2026 I am highly disappointed with my experience with Zito Media. The connection is highly unstable and constantly cuts out, making it completely unreliable for daily use. When you call to report an outage or an issue, the response time from their technical and customer service teams is pathetic. It takes far too long to get a resolution for problems that shouldn't be happening this frequently in the first place. Terrible service overall.
