November 29, 2025 My internet provider ensures stable connection. I have never experienced a service-related outage. While the pricing leaves a bit to be desired, i'm content with it. I also like that there isn't a contract of any kind.

May 08, 2025 AltaFiber has been amazing. I recently moved to a new city in August to start law school and did not know which internet provider to use. I was recommended to use AltaFiber and have had such an amazing experience with them. The installation of my internet was quick, simple, and hassle-free. My internet runs relatively fast and I have never had an issue with it. Being a student, it is pretty affordable and allows me to play games with my friends with no interruptions.

February 12, 2025 My husband and I had a fantastic experience with Altafiber installing our technology. Our servicer was knowledgeable and efficient. He was respectful of our time and our home and made sure it was set up exactly as we wanted. We have not had any issues since having the wifi installed which has been great! Last year, we had a competitor internet provider and we had a terrible experience. Our provider last year was more expensive than Altafiber, had terrible customer service, and had a lot of problems with service. We get a fair price for Altafiber because of a discount from my employer. We hope to have Altafiber for years to come as our internet provider!

January 19, 2025 I like to watch movies and play a lot of games. Before I switched to Alta Fiber I used Spectrum. I had many problems when I was with Spectrum with regards to maintaining consistent speed. I called customer service frequently and kept opting to purchase higher levels of speed tiers but I kept getting lag time, especially while gaming. I was very happy when my neighborhood qualified for fiber from an alternate service. I never even think about my home internet speeds anymore and its about a third cheaper than what I was paying with Spectrum.
