August 11, 2026 Service is fine. However I was promised enrollment in a plan which bundled wireless and internet and would substantially drop my rate. That was Dec 26 and I'm still waiting for them to honor their price -July. Spent many hours on phone trying to receive the discounts I was promised. one month wireless goes up and internet goes down. next month internet jumps up and wireless goes to where it should be. Don't trust them...

March 20, 2025 My current internet, cable, and phone provider is Xfinity Mobile and I have been using them for the past 10 years. I feel like Xfinity's prices are fair, especially considering how expensive I have heard other internet service providers are, but there are still issues I have with the services they provide. Firstly, one of Xfinity Mobile's standout features is supposed to be access to a great number of 'free' Wifi hotspots that you can connect to when you are away from your home network, allowing you to save on data (assuming you do not have an unlimited data plan), however these Wifi hotspots rarely actually work and when they do, the connection is often poor and slow. Secondly, there have been many occasions where my WIFI through Xfinity has randomly stopped working causing me to have no internet access for hours and on one occasion more than a day. This is frustrating as I work from home and need a stable, consistent internet connection to do my job. Unfortunately though, I really have no choice but the stick with Xfinity because I live in a more rural area and Xfinity is one of the only providers of both phone and internet services available in my neighborhood. I also feel that the overall connection speed of my internet through Xfinity could be faster, though I don't much to compare it to given the aforementioned lack of other internet service providers in my area. Overall, I am not completely dissatisfied with my internet services through Xfinity, but I wish they would fix the sometimes spotty connectivity and make sure the mobile hotspots actually have a decent connection.
