Spectrum Cable
December 23, 2025 I have been a customer for over a decade. I feel like when I have a problem, their phone customer services is patient and friendly. As with everything these days I wish the prices would go down instead of up and I am unclear if I have to have a tech come and assist my problem if there is a charge for the service, I recently order a spectrum modem box which charges a extra $10 monthly fee to use and $10 faster internet connection, I own my own modem currently and was having trouble getting the new one set to my television, so I reconnected my old one and returning the new one until I get a better understanding if it's even necessary to replace it

December 11, 2023 My Internet provider is ok but it's becoming to pricey for me. Every month they are going up on the price which makes it hard for me to pay. They need to stick with a consistent price that I can afford because I am on a budget.
