March 07, 2025 I have to reset internet 3 to 4 times a day and they won’t fix it. Does nothing for security cameras when it’s not working 50% of the time. If they fix customer service it would be a 5 star.

C Spire Fiber
February 15, 2025 My current provider, CSpire bought out the company I first started a service agreement with, Troy Cable. I had very few issues with Troy Cable, the employees were all quite nice and decently skilled. Since CSpire has taken over, the accessibility of my account is awful, customer service is a bit lacking, and it no longer feels like a "local" company that I can reach out to any time. There were significant issues at the very beginning of the merger which was very frustrating as well. The pricing is still right about the same, but the customer experience has definitely gone downhill.

Brightspeed Fiber
August 25, 2024 So far, my experience with Brightspeed has not been the best. It takes forever for them to respond to an outage. The last time, a tree limb took out the lone and it took 2 days to get it fixed. If it had been something wrong with only our internet, it was going to take 5 days to get a tech out to fix the problem. I otherwise enjoy their service, but I just wish they would work on response times to interruptions in service.

June 03, 2023 I was a Centurylink customer but they recently were bought out by Brightspeed and I know nothing about this company. I can say at times my internet comes and goes. There have been times where the internet would just go away for no apparent reason for ten to twenty minutes and then it comes back on. It puzzles me to no end.
