T-Mobile Home Internet Fixed Wireless
September 28, 2025 I use TMobile's Home Internet service. The speeds are great, interruptions are very rare and outages even less so. For a few years their service was the only available option for high speed internet in my area, so I feel a bit of loyalty to them, especially considering the price of the service has not increased. I've had no issues with customer service (in fact, I've only ever had to call about 1 issue before) and I also appreciate that the service can be bundled under the same bill as my phone plan, which makes for a nice convenience. Latency for gaming and video calling is almost nonexistent, streams and videos buffer without any stutter even on high quality, and I've never had any issues even with over 20 devices connected at once. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and will continue using it in the future.

Verizon Fixed Wireless
September 26, 2023 The only issue we've had is that our phones and wifi are all Verizon. A few weeks ago, Verizon stopped working at our house completely, so we had no cell service and no wifi. We thought the apocalypse was happening because we couldn't call anyone or look online to see if anyone else lost service. We eventually had working wifi and cell service again and everything turned out fine, but the paranoia was real.

AT&T DSL
April 18, 2023 Our speeds are 10/1 MBPS. This is not the slowest internet in the world but it is very slow for what we need to do. We pay $50 a month for this while down the street my friends pay $50 for 1000/1000 MBPS At&t Fiber internet. We have contacted At&t and they will not bring the service to our address. I do not like At&t and will hopefully be getting Starlink internet when it is comes out.

April 15, 2023 I have had Charter spectrum cable internet since I moved into my home in 2009 and even used them at other residences prior to that. Though there have been occasional outages , slow downs, and price increases they have remained competitive with other companies nearby. I have never desired to change to another internet provider. Customer service has improved over the years.
