November 06, 2025 Their customer service is not great. It's very difficult to reach a live person. I also feel like I should get more of a discount for having multiple accounts.

Spectrum Cable
April 15, 2023 There is not enough competition is SE Ohio between cable companies and internet providers. The weather also makes dish options problematic. So Spectrum is one of the few games in town. Cellular coverage is weak. WiFi coverage is bad. The price of cable is shockingly high for the number of channels in each package. I got more for less at my last residence (out of state) and better service. They've even "crowdsourced" installation now - except they sent the wrong item.
