Verizon Fixed Wireless
April 26, 2026 Verizon used to be the best, until a few years ago. There customer service and reliability tanked. I went months with some services working, and others not, yet they could never figure out the problem and fix it. One problem would be fixed, and another problem would take it's place. So, we switched. I was really leery about switching to Total by Verizon, but Verizon towers are the only ones that reach our rural area. Total by Verizon, amazingly, has been great! Maybe it's just that it's prepaid, but the service has been reliable. The payments are fair, automatic and easy. We've had absolutely no problems with our 5g home Internet, or our phones

XFINITY Cable
April 03, 2023 I think my ISP is a decent one in terms of speed. I don't really remember the last time that there was any lag when I was streaming a movie or searching on the web, and I teach over zoom sometimes, and that has always worked well. I do think that the cost is a bit high, though. I would love to have an Internet-only plan, because I have a cell phone from a different provider, and I don't use the tv or cable, but the cost for Internet alone is so high that having cable with it is only $10 a month more. So I get both. But honestly that price is just too high. I can't believe it costs nearly $100 a month for internet. I wish they offered a budget option. Otherwise, though, I'm fine with my provider.

XFINITY Cable
April 14, 2026 Our household has been with Comcast for a while now and I have to say it's been a great experience. The internet is fast, reliable and consistent even during peak hours. We are a work from home couple with two children that homeschool using the internet pretty much all hours of the day and have rarely experienced a problem. No matter what we throw at it, it holds up beautifully. But what really sets them apart is their customer service. Every time I have had a question or needed support, they are easy to get a hold of and always have a been with friendly and knowledgeable representatives. The installation process was smooth and professional and billing has always been clear and easy to manage.

XFINITY Cable
October 31, 2025 Xfinity does a good job. However, they're very expensive just. called and got the 5-year Internet guarantee, but cable and Internet is way too high. Closing in on 300 a month which is expensive.
